Since 2005, Hester has not only perfected an old tradition. Guided by an international sensibility, we combine maceration techniques from around the world to create unique flavors and textures.
Hester manufactures all of her products in small batches at her company's premises in New York. To optimize the flavor of our products, we age them from three weeks to four months. Your patience is rewarded with each of our pickles.
Hester offers fresh organic produce from local New York farms. Even our spices are fresh. Pickling is certainly a preservation process, but that doesn't mean you can use dry thyme or week-old asparagus.
We want to offer our customers crunchy, crunchy and delicious pickled fruits and vegetables. Above all, we want to tickle people’s palates and prove that pickles don’t always come in a green or red variety.
